Ich kenne diesen Film schon länger, habe ihn aber bisher nicht hier gezeigt, einfach weil ich nicht wirklich verstehe, was er mir sagen soll – und niemand steht ja gern dumm da.
Konsultation der bekannten digitalen Enzyklopädie bezüglich des Titels bestätigt nur das, was ich schon grob wusste:

Tír na nÓg (Old Irish Tír inna n-Óc — Irish pronunciation: [tʲiːɾˠ n̪ˠə ˈn̪ˠɔːɡˠ]; roughly meaning “Land of Youth”) is the most popular of the Otherworlds in Irish mythology. [...]
Tír na nÓg was considered a place beyond the edges of the map, located on an island far to the west. It could be reached by either an arduous voyage or an invitation from one of its fairy residents. … aber schlauer bin ich dadurch auch nicht – was den Film angeht.
